Selecting Your Postcard Design

Go to the Postcards page via the setup wizard, to select the postcard design that you want to send for a recently listed or sold property. Access this page when setting up your postcards. You are required to select default Just Listed/Just Sold postcards at this time.

Any changes are effective immediately and will apply to the next mailout.

To select the postcard design:

1. Access the Setup Wizard
   -or-
   Go directly to the Postcard Setup page. How?From the Top Marketer Control Panel > Setup > Just Listed Postcard Setup.

   The setup wizard opens at the Postcard Setup page.

2. Under Postcard Type, beside Just Listed, click Select Postcard.

3. On the Postcard Selection page, select a Just Listed postcard design that you want to use.

   Notes:  Options for both Just Listed or Just Sold postcards: To view a larger image of your selection, click View Larger below each postcard. After viewing, click Close. To view the back of the postcard, click View a sample at the bottom of the Postcard Selection page.

4. Click Update.

5. You return to the Just Listed Postcards page.

6. Using the same steps, select a Just Sold postcard design that you want to use.
