Just Listed/Sold Postcard Setup

Before you can set up the Just Listed/Just Sold Postcards service, you must Set up your MLS credentials. The Postcard service depends on access to your MLS data in order to obtain the listings that were recently listed or sold.  

If you have not uploaded your photo or company logo, a blank photo/logo will be printed on the postcards. To include a photo and logo, see Agent Profile information.

Postcard setup is done via the setup wizard.

To set up your Postcards:

Important: During setup you must select a default Just Listed postcard and a default Just Sold postcard design.

1. Access the Setup Wizard
   -or-
   Go directly to the Postcard Setup page. How?From the Top Marketer Control Panel > Setup select Just Listed Postcard Setup.

   The setup wizard opens at the Postcard Setup page.

2. In the Feature Listings area, select where to direct potential customers who enter their code on the www.FeaturedHomePrice.com Web site. More Info

   • Market Snapshot Request with Listing Details:  Offers consumers the ability to request a Market Snapshot; available with a Market Snapshot subscription.

   • Agent Web site Link with Listing Details:  Directs consumers to your Web site, which contains a detailed description of the recently listed/sold listing. Enter the Web site URL/link in the space provided.

3. In the Automatic Search area, check either or both options for mailing. More Info

   • Select the appropriate check boxes to send postcards for your properties that were recently listed and/or sold on your MLS. To turn off this service, clear these check boxes.

4. In the Just Listed Defaults area, set your default options for mailing Just Listed postcards. More Info

   This information applies to both listed and sold properties.

   • Default Qty: Enter the default number of postcards to be sent during each mailout. You can change this number when approving a mailout.

   • Postage Type: Select First Class or Standard mail. You can change the postage type when approving a mailout. For example, if you have just sold a listing, but the status has not yet been updated on MLS, you can change the postcard type to Just Sold from Just Listed, and pick another design.

   • Postcard Selection: Click to open the Postcards page to select your postcard design.

5. In the Just Sold Defaults area, set your default options for mailing Just Sold postcards.

6. Click Update.
