You can choose what to include in your newsletter from a selection of formats and content.
For your first newsletter, you need to select the target area and customize the format. For this, and subsequent newsletters, you must select the content.

You first need to define which area the market information will feature in your newsletter; choose an area from the areas you set up. Choose the look and feel of your newsletter by selecting a color theme, an image and some introductory text.
To customize a newsletter:
Go
directly to the Newsletter Setup
page. How?
The Newsletter Setup page opens.
From the Area drop-down list, select one of the areas you defined in Area Management.
Optionally select or change the color scheme of the newsletter.
A default background image is automatically selected for the color scheme you chose.
Enter a title and some introductory content to appear at the top of the newsletter.
Optionally select an image for the background of the newsletter heading (see Select Background Image.
You are ready to select the content.
Tip: You can include up to four graphs with related text, and two articles per newsletter.
To select the content:
In the Market Data Graphs area, to include more than one graph, click Add.
The page expands to display fields for an additional slot.
From the Slot drop-down lists, choose the data type and property type you want reflected in the graph. Indicate the amount of dynamic text you want to appear with the graphs.
From the Articles drop-down lists, choose one or two articles.
Preview the articles you selected. You can preview as many as you want.
When done, click Save and Close to begin generating the newsletter

Click Next to begin generating the newsletter, and move to the next page of the wizard.
