Select Background Image

We offer two methods of changing the default background image for your newsletter header.

Using your own Custom Image

You can replace the default background image in the header with your own custom image.

Tip: The maximum size of image you can use is 200 KB. The optimum dimensions are 950 px wide x 320 px tall.

To include your own image in your newsletter:

  1. Beside Add a Custom header image, click Browse, and navigate to the image you want on your desktop.

  2. Double-click the image.

Using an Image from the Image Library

The setup page links to the library of images that you can use as a background in the heading. You can download any of the images—one at a time—to your computer.  See the default images for the different color selections in Newsletter Header Samples.

After downloading the image, use the import image feature in the Newsletter setup page to upload the image for use in the Newsletter.

To download an image from the library:

  1. Beside Additional custom images, click Image Library.

  2. Locate the image you want, and right-click it.

  3. From the drop-down list click Save Picture As, or Save Image As.

  4. I the Save Picture window, navigate to where you want to save the image.

  5. Give the image a name, and click Save.

  6. Import the image as you would a custom image (see above).
