Name of the selected postcard
List/Sold Date
Date when property was first Listed, or Sold.
Postcard Sent
Date when the postcards were mailed out.

Quantity
Amount ordered
Status
Possible status: Sent, ordered, retrieved, no response, incomplete, cancelled, missing data, address failure, Credit card problem.
Postage type
First class or regular
Property Address
Valid US mailing address of the property.
MLS #
If order is created by MLS number, it is displayed in blue.
Send Postcards
If the postcard has not expired, you can click the Approve button to proceed with the order.
Click Update from MLS icon to retrieve latest MLS data. Use if there was an MLS error or missing data.
View Details icon opens a page that contains more details for that listing, including order information. Order fields will be blank if order has not yet been placed.
Appears If postcards have been Sent. Click the View Addresses Mailed icon to open the Postcard Addresses Mailed Report.
