Viewing the Postcard Addresses Mailed Report

The Postcard Addresses Mailed Report page lists all of the addresses that received a postcard for the selected property. You access this report from the Postcards Status Report.

The information displayed on this page includes:

• Property Address: The address of the property that was listed/sold.

• Address: The address that received the postcard.

• Date Mailed: The date when the postcards were sent.

To view the Postcard Addresses Mailed report:

1. Open the Postcard Status Report. How?

   • From the Top Marketer Control Panel > Postcards > Postcard Status Report

2. On the Postcard Status Report, click to open the Postcard Addresses Mailed Report.

3. Click Back to return to the Control Panel.
