All outgoing Market Snapshot email messages include an option for a customer to unsubscribe from the service.
When a customer has unsubscribed, you are legally bound to stop sending them Market Snapshots, unless they specifically request that you restart their subscription.
Note: A request to unsubscribe from Market Snapshot does not affect the Top Producer Online record for that contact.
Stopping a Subscription
Use the Market Snapshot Status Report to stop a subscription, or restart a subscription that was previously stopped.
To stop or start a subscription:
Open the Market Snapshot Status Report
page.
How?
To stop a subscription,
click beside the lead whose
subscription you wish to stop. Click Yes
to confirm, and return to the status report.
Status is now set to Cancelled.
To restart a subscription,
click beside the lead whose
subscription you wish to restart.
A new Market Snapshot is sent to your contact and the details display in the Restart Market Snapshot window. Status is set to Restarted.
Click Close to return to the status report.
