Performance Report: Viewing and Using

This report displays information about the following:

• New Leads – displays

  • Total number of new leads

  • Inquiry source

  • Agent inquiry source

  • # of new leads per source.

• New Market Snapshots – displays

  • Total number of new snapshots

  • Inquiry source

  • Agent inquiry source

  • # of new snapshots per source

• Most Viewed Market Snapshot – displays

  • Total number of Snapshots viewed.

  • Total number of Snapshots sent but not viewed.

  • Times viewed.

  • Customer first and last name.

  • View Market Snapshot icon.

• Leads by Zip/Postal code – displays

  • zip/postal code

  • Number of leads per code.

Tip: The default date range for the report covers the last 30 days - you can change this range.

To view the Performance Report:

1. Open the Performance Report page. How?

   • From the Top Marketer Control Panel > Inquiries select Performance Report.

3. From the Quick Pick drop-down list, select the range you want.

The report automatically updates.

• In the Start Date and End Date calendars, select a date range for the reports you want, and then Click Reload Report.

The refreshed information displays.
