Access the Newsletter Detailed report by clicking the newsletter name in the Newsletter Status Report.
In this report you can see a summary of some tracking information and information about the subscribers who have received this newsletter. Because the newsletter is hosted on Top Marketer's computer, this tracking information is kept current.
Tip: Total Viewed includes multiple viewings by a single subscriber.
At the top left, the report shows when the newsletter was approved, how many emails were sent to customers, and how many times the newsletter has been viewed.
Filter the subscribers by the status of the email, and reload the report. There are four options, which allow you to perform appropriate actions:
All - the complete list of subscribers.
Failed - lists subscribers who did not receive the newsletter email. This result gives you the opportunity to re-send, or to check their information.
Sent - lists only those subscribers that were sent the email but who have not viewed it. This gives you the opportunity to follow up with them, or to remove them from the list.
Viewed - lists only those subscribers who have viewed the newsletter at least once.
Subscriber first and last names and email address are listed, with the date they subscribed, the status of the newsletter for that subscriber, the number of times they viewed the newsletter and the last time they viewed it.
